Convenient parking and selection of merchandise was OK but could have been kept more neatly on the racks
I love Kohls but the customer service at this location is horrible. I was looking at towels and there was no price listed. I went to two price check locations (didn't work) I finally found an employee to ask if she could tell me the price and her response "no" that was it. I finally had to go wait in the customer service line just to finally get the price. Now I'm here again trying to return something and the wait has been 15+ minutes. This location needs to increase their staff and also work on being a little more helpful to their customers.
The check out process took too long. Quit having the checkers stop what they are doing to greet everyone coming in and let them concentrate on efficiently checking out customers and getting us out the door.
I absolutely love this kohls. Not only do I love Kohl's cash and all the amazing deals, they also have fantastic, friendly associates! During my visit I enjoyed listening to "Too Good at Goodbye" by Sam smith and it really changed my shopping experience of the better!!!! Lastly, when I was struggling to look for an item an associate named Lexi came to my rescue. Wow what a great shopping day ahahaha!!!!!!!
I only visited the physical store to pick up an online order. It was during the Christmas busy season and there was a significant wait time. The customer service desk was disorganized and I was not impressed with the interactions that i saw between employees and management. However the clerk that waited on me was pleasant. I will probably shop online in the future and just have items delivered to my home.
