Great experience! Procedure day was exactly as it had been explained to me in my consult, no surprises. Staff are friendly and answered all my questions without missing a beat. I would highly recommend!
Overall pretty good. Two things that stood out. 1) they move you very fast on surgery day, a little too fast for comfort 2) they inform you that you will need artificial drops the day of as you pay so you pay an extra $40 or so as you really have no choice. You should be able to shop around before for them. One thing I really did like is the optometrist. He was very nice and thorough. I would recommend LASIK to my friends.
I did extensive research on my procedure (PRK), the pros/cons and how to prepare, the businesses in St.Louis and the individual doctors at each facility. This was by far the best choice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the pricing was reasonable and the surgery was professional and quick. Dr. Ellis even called me later the same day to check up on me. I felt like they put as much importance on this as I did.
My wife had terrible vision prior to hearing about Lasik Plus; it was to the point where glasses could barely correct her vision to 20/20. We went to the office and they provided a free estimate on how much it would cost to correct her vision. It was surprisingly affordable! She had the procedure, which took less than an hour, and they sent us home with sunglasses and eyedrops. We are now back at the office for her first check up, and her vision is, in her own words, "better than it has ever been!"
I got surgery on last Friday. Dr. Ellis , Dr Neil, and Pauline are extremely nice and professional. All staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Only one thing to recommend. 1-2weeks follow up !!! Some people needs to see doctor. You should open spot for them. It make them feel comfortable and not worry anything. Thanks again Pauline to let me !!!!
