The worst, they got my order wrong and took 30 minutes to deliver. I’ve literally had a pizza delivered quicker. When I called no apologies or anything the guy is like oh we can swap out your sandwich. And I’m like is that going to be another 30 minutes. His response: well he has to drive there. What????? 30 min? I literally live 2 minutes away. Never again! And I tipped 60%.
The sub was so fast that I freaked.
Very poor customer service. Hair in my sub which she argued with me and insisted it was oregano...oregano is green leafy not black and course. When I inquired about management....according to "YaYa" there's no manager for this privately owned location...just a GM, oh isn't that still management??? When I initially called and asked for a remake and delivery she stated there's no delivery person available and she has to see the sub. No apology or other remedy for the problem. Really pissed now,pp just getting off a 13 hour shift fresh out the shower was really inconvenient since the husband picked it up then headed out. Btw your not suspose to smoke in front of the building Creve Coeur ordinance...also NASTY I'll avoid this location whenever YaYa is there.

I've ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns several times - they're the closest to my house. They consistently take an hour or more to deliver the sandwiches. I've had to call the store (40 minutes into my wait) for them to begin with my order. The times I have visited the store, the staff regularly leaves the counter unattended with customers in the queue. Every other Jimmy Johns I've been to has been wonderful.
