This bakery is a treasure. Breakfast is simply outstanding. The service is equally outstanding, especially Dawn. She always has a welcoming smile. Yesterday I went in to have a pastry. Again, outstanding.
Oliver is amazing! He was so pleasant and eager to serve us - it was an amazing visit from the start. And the food itself is spectacular - beautiful and tastes delightful. I was blown away from all that I tried. You can tell their passion is baking fantastic works of art - I can't wait to pass through again!
Disappointed today. I love the desserts here too much to give it less than 4, but the blonde woman (manager maybe) who worked today was extremely rude to the customers, specifically an older gentleman who was just confused about where the line was. My sister was here from out of town and we almost walked out because of how unkind she was to that older man. The only reason we didn't was because of the man who was working with her. He is always extremely friendly and helpful and did as much damage control as he could, despite the fact she was also snapping at him in front of us.
They are European-trained, so don't expect American-size levels of sugar in each bite! My taste buds want to give me diabetes, so I don't go here when I want a cheat-treat for myself. However, it would be my first choice to get something sweet for people I want to impress and spoil.
