I want to publicly thank Chad for helping me with my custom orthotics. I bought these through a doctor and they were made incorrectly. Chad immediately diagnosed the problem that had been causing me pain for months and he fixed them on the spot in the store within 15 minutes. And he didn't even charge me! He was truly a God-send. Then I was having metatarsal pain and he helped with pads for that. I have also bought wonderful tennis shoes at this store several times, always with great success. Very happy with New Balance in Creve Coeur!
