My last experience at the salon was both the best color and cut I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend the salon for great customer service. They really go above and beyond.

Always have an amazing experience here. Claire is such a professional and always delivers in her results. She is kind and makes sure all of her clients feel welcomed as if they were family and always makes us feel like our results are important to her. She consults at the beginning of the appointment and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Would highly recommend Jon Tomas and Claire in particular.

I’ve been to this salon 3 times. The last time I went my hair color came out horrible and the stylist spent over 5 hours trying to correct it. When I called the following day and said I was still unhappy with the way my hair turned out the stylist said she couldn’t fit me in her schedule for another 3 weeks. The night before she had said she would do anything to make this right. I ended up having to go to work embarrassed about how my hair looked and went on my honeymoon with ugly hair. When I was finally able to go back 3 weeks later she fixed it, but I know my hair is still damaged and has been compromised. I am very unhappy with this salon, the experience of their stylists, and the customer service they provided. The manager never contacted me about my experience. This salon hires recent hair student grads that don’t know what they are doing and can ruin your hair. Please don’t go to this salon.
