This place has in the past been my most visited and favorite theater. I recommend they do a lil better at quick service at concession and quicker ticket sales to cut down on waiting in line.
Nice atmosphere. Comfy seats. Good is overpriced. Charged us $23 for a bowl of macaroni, burned tough meat, and a couple onion rings.
They didn't have the plush recliners that we like, so seating was a little tight. Only one of the 4 soda machines were providing ice. Also, one of the young ladies that worked there was walking in front of me & her shirt was raised halfway up her back, so I was seeing way too much of her backside & the top of her crack. She had to feel the breeze on her back. They emptied the trash cans during our movie, which I've never seen or heard before. It was noisy & distracting. We won't be returning. It has gone down & is not as nice as the other locations we've attended.
I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this theatre. I ordered the Large Popcorn & Large drink. The cashier wasn't paying attention because when she gave me my popcorn. She didn't give me my drink. When I told her that I didn't get my drink. She told me that she didn't charge me for the drink. She wasn't willing to fix it and therefore I had to pay for each item separately. I felt that was wrong. I never had any issues like this before w this theatre. I was sooo disappointed.
The experience here was good. I had a child kicking at my chair but that's neither here nor there. The prices on food like burgers and fries are somewhat high but not as out of proportion as their hotdogs and popcorn. $6, for a glass of wine isn't that bad either since it's about the same price at a 4 star restaurant. When I pressed the button for service, and workers came up at a satisfactory time. 5 star.
