The Dine-In theater is one of the best movie experiences in St. Louis. The service from the ticket counter, to the attendants and servers, is relatively brisk and attentive. However, expect to wait when placing an order in the theater (even after pressing the service button). Food selections are creative, tasty, and fresh. The reclining seats in the dine-in theater make it nearly impossible to watch a movie any other way. Fork and Screen showings offer a cozy atmosphere for kids and teens.
Fast forward to the next show. 10 minutes prior to the show start time and the theater was still full of plates and cups from the previous show. I found an employee and asked about it and was given an attitude about how they were running behind. Again, we have pushed the button for service, no server in sight. We won't be back. There are other theaters in town that offer similar services with less attitude.
Service was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this theatre and their service.
The movie was good. The seats were comfortable. The service is terrible and the theater was not clean. (There were cheerios all over my assigned seat upon arrival, popcorn and wrappers on the floor and in the cup holder. And I never got a refill on my soda among other service problems.) I spoke to the manager I was so upset.
Far from impressive. Came in for New Years Day. I wanted to bring my 9 year old out for a special treat, we purchased tickets for a 12:30 show and a 4:30. Upon arrival, we were the first people in our theater. We pushed the button for service, but no one came for 30 minutes. Our server was very friendly, but she was the only server for our theater of 60 people. It took over an hour to recieve a beer and a soda. Another 30 minutes for pretzel bits ordered at the same time. My son ordered a cheeseburger about 45 minutes from the end of the movie and I ordered another drink. His meal came out during the credits and my drink never did, but it was on my check.
Their food is pretty good. A little pricey, well more than a little, but if your looking for an economical evening out, you go to McDonald's and get s movie at the red box.
Loved my visit except the movie I saw. I should of waited for RedBox. But the staff and the food we're amazing. The prices are pretty high but that is expected at a movie theater and always has been. I also ordered a few alcoholic drinks that we're pretty steep in price but tasted almost like something you would get at a bar except their bar tender didn't know things by heart and had to read recipes for everything. It was a good experience though.
