Brittany was the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition, every member of the dealership was friendly but there was never a pressure to purchase that you find in so many other places. Of the seven cars I have purchased, this was my first BMW and by far the best car buying experience I've had.
I had a routine service maintenance appointment recently and Stephanie G. was my service advisor. Stephanie was so professional and so friendly she really made me feel like a VIP, which is something I've rarely experience during service appointments at other dealerships. She called the day before to confirm my appointment, and when I arrived the next day she was waiting to greet me. She answered all my questions, and asked if I had time to get my car washed. She told me how long it would take and because it wouldn't take long I opted to wait rather than take the loaner car that she had waiting for me. The service was completed a few minutes early, Stephanie brought me my keys personally and wished me well. It was a great start to my day.
I was a little bummed when they weren't able to resolve the issue that I brought the car in for due to an intermediate problem that they identified. Initially, I was skeptical but I went ahead and fixed the problem they identified myself (I'm frugal/cheap) and it actually made a big difference, something I never would have diagnosed. I just got my car back from the second trip to Plaza to address the original issue and, wow, they went above and beyond and were able to completely resolve the chain of warranted component issues (NOx sensors and failing catalytic converter - it's a diesel). I am more than satisfied that Plaza knows what they are doing and does it well. I get the feeling that I'm not as well heeled as their typical clientele, but my service rep, Debbie, was super accommodating and helped make sure I didn't run up expenses unwittingly. Super happy without the outcome!

No stars. I received a letter from BMW to bring it in for a recall on the fuel pump. I made an appointment and took it in, left it and walked a short distance to have breakfast. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call telling me the part was not in. Upon returning the young lady told me she would walk directly to parts and have it ordered. After a week or more passed and not hearing from them, I telephoned again. I was told again the part would be ordered. Again, not hearing from them I telephoned West County BMW. They told me they would have the part in two day's. They did and my 528I repaired. My salesman from Plaza and our favorite service writer now work at West County. I can understand why. Don't know what's going on at Plaza but management needs to make some changes! From now on, it's West County BMW for me.
Stephanie my service advisor is amazing. Took my car in for routine oil change and chip in windshield. Plaza was super busy but received a brand new loaner and was completed timely. Great place, friendly staff. Will never go elsewhere.
