Since moving to St. Louis, I have visited Mercedes-Benz on Olive Blvd in Creve Coeur, Mo on numerous occasions. Not once did I have a bad experience. Absolutely, everyone there is sincere, accommodating, customer service oriented and truly concerned for you as their loyalty member. Great team of employees there. Thank you for your service.
It seems the older Mercedes or the higher mileage car we bring in gets the worse service treatment. No matter how old the car, or mileage, we are still repeat customers and should receive the same service treatment! And we have referred half dozen people to Plaza Mercedes whom all made purchases! That alone warrants correcting bad service received!
Plaza Mercedes is very thorough and trill dedicated to customer service. Service department is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. Multiple high end maintenance action performed on my car in record time.....Much appreciated!!!!!
Alec and Ryan were great however visits from August 2016 for car detail was not performed in full. Carpet was not cleaned, inside door pockets and seats were left unclean and only under hood engine was cleaned. Shared this with female service rep at time and she did nothing to correct. Fast forward to most recent visits 2017. Service on cosmetic storage compartment was repaired but not properly as it broke again by simply opening first time after repair. Finally, I was not told I was due for an oil change until week after service completed! My car of course notified me with light signal.

Alec, the service advisor, made the experience go smoothly and was very helpful. My emergency brake problem was taken care of and new wiper blades were installed. He's vey pleasant, knowledgeable, and an asset to Plaza. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful.
I responded to a Customer Care Manager's follow up email regarding my experience and received no response.
I received poor service from a customer care representative. He scheduled the wrong services to be performed on my car. After this was realized and I wasted time returning to the dealer to pick up my car only to realize half the services were not completed, nothing was offered to make the situation right.
I have been unhappy with my most recent visits to Plaza Olive for service!
